Hello all, i have a very big issue here. My ASUS A53SD-TS73 laptop was upgraded to Windows 8 on tuesday. All was fine, then ASUS live update updated the BIOS on me which screwed it up. Now i have a glorified $1,000 paperweight. What is happening is i will push the power button, and it will come on, then immediately turn off. Nothing comes up on the screen, it doesnt POST, no sounds/beeps from the mobo, NOTHING. The only thing is if i have the A/C adapter plugged in instead of completely shutting off it comes on, then goes off, then back on, then off, then on, then off etc... Still no POST, sounds/beeps or anything.
