Asus P8P67 PRO B3 USB freezing

Hi, i have a Asus P8P67 Pro B3 and my USB will freeze when something loads or sometimes randomly like when i am using a USB DAC, it will disconnect and reconnect and play the usb connected sound. My mouse will sometimes not respond for a few seconds. I have already disabled USB suspend, C3 and C6 report and USB legacy support, and tried different ports. Also, when i plug in a USB device in the front port, my mouse will freeze until the device have been detected and autoplay appears.
