This is a Dell Inspiron 1100 that I got off Ebay. It arrived today DOA. It was sold asis with no memory, hard drive or power pack. It was sold to me with the understanding that when I installed the DDR, the 250gb ide hard drive that I have and power it up with the universal power pack that I have. That the laptop would work. I am waiting on an answer via email from the seller. In the mean time. If I end up stuck with it. Is there any way to fix it? When power is applied and I push the power button the power led, hd led, and the battery led blink 1 time and that's it. Nothing else happens. I tried an external monitor and I borrowed the ac power pack from a working Dell Inspiron 1100. Same thing on the blinking lights and nothing else. Am I :horse: and :banghead: on this one?
