I have a Asus Eee PC X101Ch and the usb ports are all dead. Things I have tried.
1. Uninstall the concern devices and restart the laptop
2. Install the drivers but it says the the current driver already uptodate.
3. Go to Bios in startup to enable usb controller, but unfortunately usb controllers are not available. I have looked into the onboard integrate device section but no usb controllers are listed there.
Is this a sign of Hardware problem? Do you think restalling the bios will help? Looking forward to any help.
