Intel I7 4770k temps too high on stress test?

Hey again guys.

While Idle I average temperatures around 35 degrees and 40-45 degrees while general multitasking (browsing, watching videos etc).

I used a program called Prime95 to stress test the PC to see if anything unusual happened and to take corrective measures before I begin to play a highly demanding game.

While stress testing, the CPU went to 85 degrees where I thought I should maybe stop the test in case I damage the CPU. Is this normal for an I7 4770k with stock cooler?.
