[SOLVED] Overheating

Hey guys, sorry if this is a redundant question on here, but every forum I read didn't seem to help much. Here's some of my computer specs first.

OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
Ram: 12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 804MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-M
Graphics: Acer H274HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
3072MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series (MSI)

I've had the computer for a little over a year and just recently I noticed my computer fans running a little louder than usual (I think I have about 12 total fans throughout the system in total so it's fairly noticeable). Then I started getting the typical laggy response on games and freezing of my computer.

I figured it was probably dirty so I used canned air and cleaned out pretty much everything inside. I made sure there's lots of room around my system, although it's been in the same sort of space for quite a while and I never had a problem. I have a Water 2.0 installed on my CPU, there doesn't seem to be any signs of leakage and everything seems to be working fine with the unit.

I'm at a loss right now why I'm registering such high temps. As I type this out with minimal applications open I'm sitting at between 81-83 on all cores.

I haven't been messing around with my hardware at all, and I haven't installed anything new. The only thing that I've done recently is update my windows, which I don't really see the connection.

Hopefully you guys can enlighten me a bit. I'm trying to get some assignments done for school and I'm freezing up and overheating a lot.

Thanks
