New CPU doesn't work!!!

Hey there guys, i'm usually pretty good with computers but im stumped.. i just recently bought a AMD FX-4350 piledriver CPU, I put it in my computer tried booting up nothing... it powers up but none of my peripherals are working..

so I think ok BIOS right? i used Gigabyte bios auto updater and i think it only updated it by one step. tried cpu again no luck.

I type in msinfo32 into run to check my motherboard is compatable:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2h

Help please!
