[SOLVED] Faulty GPU's, Motherboard or PSU?

Hey there. I've been trying to mine since this morning with very little success. Main problem I have is my GPU's keep crashing. I got about 580Kh/s on a single HD Radeon Windforce 7950 with Core Clock at 1100MHZ and Memory Clock at 1300MHZ with Power Target at +20% and 100% fan speed. Here's the rundown:

1. CrossFireX setup of of two Windforce 7950. Stock speed. Each gives around 530Kh/s. After around 2-3 mins, the GPU's crash. Still hear computer running but no display. Monitor is still turned on.

2. Ever since I've had them, the 2nd GPU would frequently crash after an unclean shutdown. In device manager, I'd often see it with a yellow question mark to show it's malfunctioning. Tried swapping them around. Same thing.

3. Disabled 2nd GPU and only ran primary GPU. Mined for about 8 minutes before GPU crashed like in step 1.

4. Completely removed one GPU and ran a single card set up. Mined for about 10 minutes with no issue. Closed the mining program to make some tweaks. Reopened it, GPU crashed again without any mining this time.

5. Attempted to put fan speed at 100% through Afterburner. I would hear the fan seemingly try to spin, then slow down, then speed up, slow down again, then speed up until it finally stayed at full speed.

7. If I overclock the GPU's too much, it happens frequently they just crash. Going with 1200 Core Clock and 1400 Memory Clock for an extended period of time is impossible

8. GPU's temperature never rose above 85C

9. Both front USB ports give no power. They used to work perfectly. Now if I plug something in them, no matter what, they give no power at all.

WIth that said, what troubleshoot steps do you guys recommend and who do you think is at fault?

Thanks in advance.
