Temperature problems

Hello,

I've got an i7 3770 (with the stock cooler). The temperatures appear to be way too high. On idle I'm getting about 48C-60C (and for some reason it keeps jumping around, in a second it changes from 48 to 57). I stress tested with Prime95 and in a minute it got up to 97C. It would probably go higher but I turned it off at that point.

I was using SpeedFan to check the temperatures.

So, any advice?
