CPU Upgrading Advices

hello, I've been thinking of upgrading my current computer processor, i currently have a Gateway 564GE and i want to obviously upgrading my computer. is there any cpu's out there that cost below $60 in my profit i have now. Can someone make a check list of any cpu's. thanks :ermm:
