Overheating processor

Hello guys,

On an Asus laptop, I have an I7 processor that is constantly overheating:
- when in stand-by in Windows (below 20% CPU usage) it stays at 75 degrees Celsius
- when starting programs like browsers and movie players (between 20% and 40% CPU usage) it goes up to about 90 degrees
- if I CPU intensive programs or games the CPU temperature rises above 110 degrees and then shuts down

I already did the following:
- I cleaned the exhausts from dust
- I replaced the thermal paste (3 times already - 2 times myself and another time a friend, so I don't think is a problem of bad way to apply the paste)
- I tested the heat pipe from the processor to the exhaust fan - it conducts the heat really well
- I replaced the fan - the new fan has an average speed of 5000 RPM
- I locked at the processor and it doesn't have any damage to the pins, such that a voltage problem can occur
- Reinstalled Windows
- Updated BIOS

I am running out of ideas of what can be the cause of the problem :banghead:, so I am here asking for suggestions.

Thank you!
