[SOLVED] Weird SATA Port Issue Z77 Sabertooth

Hello All, I'm having a weird problem with my PC that I Wanted to run by you guys to see if you come to the same conclusion I have.

First I'll explain the problem...
Every once and a while my computer will not boot, I'll get a "Disk Read Error" while attempting to boot up my computer. The only way to get it to boot after this happens is to power cycle the computer via the switch on the PSU (Completely cut power to the Motherboard alltogether)

After a power cycle the computer will boot very, VERY slowly, eventually get to the desktop, sit at the desktop for a minute or so then completely lock up - to the point where the Reset button on the computer doesn't do anything and I need to shut the computer down again via the power switch on the PSU. No matter how many times I attempt to boot the PC it will always completely freeze after half-loading the desktop.

HOWEVER this is the interesting part, if I open up the computer, and swap around the position of the SATA Connector that connects my SSD to the Motherboard to a different, empty port. Then attempt to fire up the Computer, it'll work completely fine, for the next month or so - then this will all happen again. Mind you , one month I swapped to an empty SATA port that had already caused this problem and the computer booted fine and remained stable for a month.

At first I thought it might have been HDD or RAM Failure, however my RAM has passed all memtest86 tests I've thrown at it - and according to the Western Digital Diagnostic Tool there is no issue with both of my HDDs.

To test my SSD I threw it in my Laptop to see if it would boot, despite some complaints about different hardware, it still booted perfectly fine.

This leads me to believe there is something weird going on with the SATA Ports on my Motherboard... I'm thinking of just buying a new one however I wanted to consult TSF first to see what others thought of this dilemma.

PC SPECS:
Samsung EVO 840 250GB SSD
Western Digital Black 2TB HDD
Intel i7 2600k CPU
ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Black DDR3 16GB
XFX Radeon HD 7970 3GB
Windows 8.1

The last hardware modification that this PC has seen was an upgrade to the GPU. This SATA Problem was happening before that.

If any further information is necessary please let me know.

TL;DR: Computer randomly decides to stop booting, swap main drive's SATA Cable position on Motherboard, Computer works fine for 1-2 months. Rinse-Repeat.
