Stuck when booting

Dear all,

I'm newbie in this forum, i want to ask for my problem at the office,
computer has stuck when booting bios (press del to setup) and 1 minute later shutdown,
i have replug ram, processor, given pasta compound

motherboard : asrock h61m-vs
processor : intel dual core g2030 1155

any idea for me ? :sad:
