About a year ago I took the PSU out of this computer to test if the power supply on a 2nd computer was bad. I never put it back together until today and now I can't fire it up. A red LED flashes when I turn the PSU on.
Here's the manual for the board: ftp://ftp.biostar-usa.com/manuals/TF...4SLImanual.pdf
This manual doesn't help me because it doesn't say what a flashing LED is. According to the diagram on page 14, the LED that is flashing is "LED_D2". It is a regular flash without any pauses.
I've removed everything from the board except for the CPU. I have a rather large CPU heatsinc that I'm not exactly sure how to remove and I don't have any thermal paste to put it back if I removed it.
Everything worked fine before I removed the PSU last year.
Did I somehow fry my board just now?????
Thanks
