Comp shutting itself down/restarting

So a couple days ago my computer shut itself down, no BSOD, and started trying to reboot itself. It doesn't fully reboot though, it just starts up for 2 seconds, and shuts down. Starts up, and shuts down, repeatedly until I flick the power switch in the back. When I flick the switch back on I can restart my computer no problem and it will stay working for a coupe minutes.

Things to note:
1) Happens whether or not something is going processing or not.
2) Does not happen if left in bios (left for an hour, nothing happened)
3) Bought a new hard drive, loaded windows on it, and got all the way up to installing the graphics drivers, and right when it installed the graphics drivers it happened again. Not sure if coincidence or horrible timing.
4) Processor is overclocked, and running at 98 degrees Celsius. Not sure if problem, coincidence, or unrelated.

So my original thought was a hard drive problem. Thats out now that replacing a hard drive didnt work. I dont know if because it happened from a fresh boot as soon as I installed the graphics driver if it's the graphics card. But because there is no BSOD, I don't know if its unrelated to botht he graphic drivers and processor temperature... Anyone got a good place to start. I dont have enough money to just start replacing random parts. I would like a good place to start.

Specs that I know off the top of my head:
MSI H67MA-E35 (B3)
EVGA Nvidia 780 ti
16gigs ram, not sure the brand
Not sure of the processor. I know its an overclocked 3rd gen Intel i7.
