Hey, i built my gaming pc about 2 weeks ago, i have searched help everywhere, so i thought i could try here. The problem i have is that when i turn the pc on and the windows loading menu appears, the pc just turns off, i cant use safe mode because the same thing happens then. I cant use windows recovery disk either. And installing windows doesn't work either. I have a feeling it could be the motherboard or the cpu that is defective, i have checked and everything is seated correctly too.
