won't boot

I recently built a new PC. It has a MSI A78-E45 motherboard with a AMD FM2 CPU (don't remember model) and 4 G DDR3 Ram. It recently started to randomly reboot. Other times it would just turn off. The other night it shut down and now won't post to Bios or windows. When I try to start it, all I see is a 92 in the lower right corner of the monitor. I suspected the ram and replaced it with no effect. I also have tried disconnecting the DVD player extra fan ect. I also tried rebooting without the ram and only difference is there is no 92 in the corner.
All comments and suggestions will be taken into account.
