I have been having issues running games I shouldn't have issues with, downloaded CPU-Z and my processor seems to be clocking at 1600MHz isntead of 3.5GHz, which should be its baseline.
The game is planetside 2, which apparently isn't very graphics intensive all things considered, and many people have issues with their processors not being able to keep up with the game.
Video card-wise I'm currently using 2 crossfired AMD 7700s
