Considering one the following two motherboards to go with an i7-3770T 45W cpu while supporting VT-d:
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Q77M-D2H (rev. 1.0)
ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P8C WS
Just 2 fast PCIe slots seem a bit of a constraint in the Gigabyte one, which is the motivation for looking at the Asus one too, for future expansion.
But can someone confirm the Asus will work just as well as the Gigabyte with the hardware below?
Newegg.com - OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 series RVD3X2-FHPX4-480G PCI-E 480GB PCI-Express 2.0 x4 MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Mini-Box - ,Power Supplies (mini),DC-DC ATX power Supplies
Mini-Box - ,Power Supplies (mini),DC-DC ATX power Supplies
Lian Li Industrial Co., Ltd.
Will the bigger motherboard increase consumption substantially?
