Faint beep on mother board

Hi guys

I am busy working on a computer, and there is this annoying faint high pitched beeping sound, i have tested the ram and HDD only thing i can still think of is the mother board, since the noise sounds like it is coming from the mother board.

Any help in locating the exact problem would be appreciated
