Freeze Computer Screen Goes "static"

Hey Guys,

So I upgraded my memory stick on my desktop computer. When turning it on and starting to work with it, it freezes all of a sudden and screen appears to be static or something (check the attachment). I think when I opened the computer I must have fried something, does anyone know which one I should look at or how to fix this?
