Can't get into Bios NO USB/Serial

Hello,

I have a friends Acer Veriton Running windows 7. Last night it went through a windows update and loads into The Operating system just fine. It recently needed the Motherboard replace and has been working fine for over 2 weeks.

However The keyboard and mouse will not work.
I have tried 3 serial mice and keyboard.
I have tried 3 usb Mice and keyboards.
I cannot even get into the bios.
I have cleared the bios and now have the Bios messages asking me to press Delete to Enter the bios or F1 To continue. However Now I am unable to even do that.

Any Ideas on this would be greatly Appreciated.
