compaq presario cq61-360sa serial number not found

i have a compaq presario cq61-360sa and when i try to boot i get the message compaq presario cq61-360sa then goes to the hp recovery tools which do nothing to fix it. i have found out its something to do with the motherboard tattoo and i found some fixes but they are not explained very well and i dont understand the steps

if you guys can get this fixed I'll donate $20 for your trouble
