Drivers needed for gigabyte ga-880gm-ud2h.

Hi

Just reformatted my HD last night and installed W7.My motherboard is a gigabyte ga-880gm-ud2h.
My question is once my OS is installed do i need to install the drivers that came on the disc with the mobo or does W7 install generic drivers if that makes sense?
