I decided to reformat computer and install a new ssd drive. I wanted to run the new installation from an usb drive so i went into bios on my p8z68-v pro and on the ez mode view there was an usb image called n/a on the boot view so i selected that hit save restart, after that screen is just black and the vga light on the motherboard is solid red. How can changing boot device has anything to do with vga :( ? I tried clearing cmos with both removing the battery and movibg the pin like the manual said but it still wont show anything. I removed my graphic card and tried using the onboard one still same red light. How do i know that i really managed to clear cmos? And can changing boot order really break the motherboard vga :/ or was it just pure unluck...
