Hi All,
My PC(with internet) was working fine. Recently, my modem was out of order and I replaced it with a new one. When I returned the modem, the tech guys over there told me that it seems it was short due to lightning. Now, I am not getting internet with the new Modem. Also, the cable connected to the LAN port is not blinking. I went to device manager and please see the attachment. Am I having an issue with the driver? I think not. Please support. Thx.
