Bios issue after new hardware

hi everyone.
i having an odd issue with booting up my pc intermittently since upgrading my system.
when i boot the pc up, it sits on the bios splash screen for ages and sometimes will restart its self a few times before it will get through to loading windows 10, and then it takes a further 30second-ish to get to the log in screen. this has only happened since i did the following:

upgraded PSU from a 750w to an EVGA SuperNova G2 (850w) (this has the 8 pin cpu power connector, my old one was only a 4, hence why i upgraded, even though it worked fine with just a 4 pin plugged into the 8 pin slot)

upgraded GPU from a GTX 660 to a gTX 980ti

upgraded ram. i had 12GB of all different types of ram and now i have 4x4GB kingston HyperX Fury Black 1600mhz.

i have made sure that my SSD that has my OS on is the first in the boot sequence but im not sure what else it could be.

Any help is gratefully received.

Many thanks

Tom
