New build timing

Am planing on putting together a new build. The system will actually not get almost any use for almost 6 months so I could delay putting it together. Any ideas about new CPUs, motherboards or GPUs coming out over this period. Dilemma is I am impatient to start but thinking I might benefit from waiting by either being able to get either newer/faster upgrades or current at a lower price.

At the moment main component list is:

MSI Gaming GForce GTX 1070
Corsair Vengance 32GB DDR4 3000
