My CPU is shutting down itself at random

I just started facing this annoying problem 2 days ago and it doesn't seems to find a solution so i decided to head to a Tech forum .The problem is that my CPU is shutting down at random( mainly during playing game) .i don't know if its ram problem processor or graphics card

My Specs

Core i3 4130 3.4 ghz
Asus motherboard
8 gb ram corsair 1333mhz ddr3
R9 280x Dual x OC Edition

i don't have a manual fan installed .i tried asking some people on others forums they said it maybe over heating problem that your pc shuts down after reaching a pre configured temperature and suggested me to install a fan .some said to clean the dust and try or it maybe a problem of power cable but i literally dont know i shared a picture down below i got this screen 2 times when the pc shut down itself
A solution to this annoying **** would be really and heavily appreciated
