hi guys,
so about a month and a half ago I built a new Gaming PC, with some top parts from pc case gear. https://www.pccasegear.com/sc/jAF . I built it, set it up, ran some benchmarks and everything seemed to be running as expected using the userbenchmark website except the samsung 950 drive which was a bit under but still within reason. I noticed some slow responses and loading times recently and so i did another benchmark and it was all very very low, terrible given the specs I have and the amount of money i spent on this computer. So I decided to try resetting the OS, I first used the inbuilt application that does that for you in the operating system. i chose not to clean the drive while doing that but i did delete all my files. no improvement. Never having overclocked before I figured i'd give it a shot, see if it helps. i used some basic tutorials and changed some settings in the BIOS, no improvement. I reset everything in the bios and tried the game boost function from the bios, no improvement. I made a new bootable windows 10 install USB and deleted the old partitions and reinstalled a clean fresh install of windows and installed all the drivers again, no improvement, I then used the m-flash utility to install the most updated BIOS to the motherboard and still nothing... i've run out of ideas on how to get my performance back and that's why i'm here. Any help would be appreciated, I don't have that much money at the moment, still paying off the PC, so going to a repair shop is not a favourable option if i can avoid it.
Here's the most recent benchmark
MSI Z170A GAMING M7 (MS-7976) Performance Results - UserBenchmark
and here's another one i did with a different benchmark application:
