First I'll post the specs, then dive into the problem.

MoBo: ASRock A770DE+
RAM: 6Gb PC6400 DDR2
PS: Thermaltake Black Widow 850w
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC
OS: Win 7 Pro 64bit SP1
HDD: 5 different SATA for 8Tb total

DVD RW: generic
Audio: onboard
Mouse & Keyboard: Logitech cordless
Speakers: Klipsch 400w 4.1 ProMedia
Monitor: Westinghouse 32" 1080p LCD TV
That should cover everything needed for this topic, now on to the problem.
I just received the GPU back from an RMA (artificing problems with the old one). Due to various personal things the system was down for 3 1/2 months before I got around to sending the old GPU back. It arrived late Monday evening and first thing Tues morning I installed it and reinstalled the drives that I had moved to another system. I installed the newest NVIDIA drivers (dated 12-14-2016 I believe). System ran for a bit then gave me a BSOD with SERVICES_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION while I was watching a video on YouTube. Restarted and maybe 30 min later got another BSOD with some stop codes I didn't bother to write down.
I restarted and did a Google search for the SERVICES BSOD and found something saying it's most likely caused by an out of date OS conflicting with the new driver. I then attempted to update the OS and let Windows Update do it's search while I played games for a few hours. Computer was on all day doing it's search and in the early evening I started watching some TV shows I had recorded. After 4 shows I got a BSOD and again neglected to write down the stop codes. Restarted 2 more times getting the BSOD within 3 min or so. On the last attempt the system wouldn't start, just blue screen and restart. Having had enough I went to sleep.
This morning the system started fine and I had no problems during 6 hours of use. Then another BSOD, stop codes as follows
0x0000007E, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8000C3A7CF2, 0xFFFFF880009A81D0. Restarted the system, it ran for 15 min or so and another BSOD, 0x0000007E, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF880009A8978, 0xFFFFF880009A9608. restarted and yet another BSOD with codes 0x0000007E, 0xFFFFF800041C4652, 0x0FFFFF880009A8F30.
After that BSOD the system will no longer POST. Fans and lights come on but that's it. Power supply tests good, drives moved back to other computer and all work fine. Removed GPU and memory and attempted to start, still no codes. I should add that the highest temp noted by CoreTemp was 53C although that's not certain because I wasn't staring at it as the BSOD happened. Seems as if the initial BSODs all happened while I was watching videos, either YouTube or in media player.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
