ASUS Zenbook UX-301LA notebook, Intel, 8GB RAM, RAID SSDs, came with Win 8, Upgraded to 10.
I posted awhile back that this unit occasionally blue screened (usually with critical_process_died tag) and would automatically come back up into BIOS... from which I would hit save changes and exit and it would boot up normally. Well, now after one of those occurrences all it will do is start into BIOS. It doesn't POST or anything, just straight to BIOS without me hitting the delete key or otherwise requesting it. I hit save and exit and it just restarts back into BIOS over and over. Everything looks normal in BIOS as far as I can tell. I tried to load defaults and that didn't help.
I am thinking this is some sort of major hardware failure, like the mobo or maybe the HDs. I think I can figure out how to disassemble the case but not sure how to go about troubleshooting. Any suggestions?
