Issues when starting PC after a month inactivity

Apologies in advance if this is not the right forum section since I'm not sure where the problem stems from. Either my motherboard or hard drive is my best guess.

So I went on vacation for a month and pulled out the plugs from all the power sockets. Before I left, my PC would be used every day most of the day and sometimes night. When I came back my room was super cold and had been for at least 3 weeks. Anyway I put the plug back in and started my pc. I'm not sure what happened but I think my hard drive was not recognized. After restarting once again it did not find my drive. I figured my drive died but I tried replugging all the cables on my hdd and this time it did find it

Everything seems to be working at the moment but my clock was reset and my monitor settings were lost. And most annoyingly my CPU cooler fan is blowing super loud. Also I'm worried what caused this issue in the first place.

Thanks in advance.
