Bios failure

I purchased an Asus Z770 for a new build to include a m2 socket crucial 1tb ssd, two Seagate 4tb for a raid 1, 64 gb of crucial ram running windows 10 pro everything went well few small hiccups getting set up but succeeded and was able to boot OS. I then couldn't enter bios any more during post it seemed like the keyboard was not communicating with bios it would light up but no keys worked. Tried every USB port. if OS entered Keyboard/mouse worked. So called tech support advised to clear cmos and flashed bios to the most current version but something happened it now goes to American megatrends screen and advised that a setting needs to be changed from sata to raid press f2 to enter setup but with communication issue in bios/keyboard this is not possible. So I placed another call tech support level 2 and they had me clear cmos and reflash bios to an older version this was done with only the memory, video card and dvd/br players installed no hard drives or OS on system. The screen will now not go into OS or past this screen, American Megatrend screen which sees the keyboard cd drives and memory but still no keyboard action. They are sending it engineering hope they figure this out I had the same issue with an Asus Z170 board that they rma'ed but I dropped the replacement so that's why I upgraded to the Z270 Help any tips or suggestions would be grateful to get this fixed and running!!
