CPU Fan Fluctuating Speed.

Hello,

I have just built a computer with GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H B250 motherboard and Intel Core i3 6100 Skylake processor running Windows 10.

However, the CPU fan is doing my head in :banghead: Every few seconds the CPU fan speeds up and slows down. It is not a significant increase in speed however the pitch of the fan changes.

I've set the fan speed to silent in the BIOS settings and changed the interval to 3.

Any other ideas please?
