Bios is updating LED firmwork

I just put in a new power supply in and now everytime I turn on the PC it says "Bios is updating LED firmware" on a black screen with no option. This takes like a hour to be done. Sometimes after it's done it says, "The system has POSTed in safe mode." I rebuilt it twice and tried looking up something to fix this problem but, couldn't find anyone else with this problem.
