New Mobo/ KB and Mouse won't work edit reply quote
Hello everyone, I just got a new Msi Mobo, amd cpu ram and a video card. I put everything together and went to go download drivers but there is a major problem. When I am in Bios I can use the Keyboard and Mouse but when I go to log in to my username for the computer I get no Mouse or KB support. The mouse and KB I am trying to use are both USB and show up in the Bios.
Things to note :
1. I am running Windows Xp
2. When I plug in a Ps/2 KB I can enter my username and pw but when I get in I have to re-activate my windows but cant select anything with only a KB.
3. I have tried all usb slots and nothing changes.
4. My Mobo only has 1 Ps/2 slot.
5. I have tried booting in safe mode and get the same result.
6. I CAN NOT get logged in to windows with only my KB
