Asus Z77 Sabertooth boot from PCIe

Hi all,
I am looking at getting an Intel M.2 SSD 1tb from www.scan.co.uk (ln 92553) it has a whooping 1800mbs read write.

Now then, my mainboard hasnt got a native M.2 Slot so looking at a PCIe converter and run it off that.

My question is, can I boot windows from it, it being the PCI express slot?
