[SOLVED] LOW Voltage 3.3

Hi,

I was testing my old motherboard and PSU with just CPU and 1 RAM stick

ASUS A8RMVP
AMD Athlon 3500+
RAM 2GB Kingston DDR2
PSU 450w

The bios was updated with the latest available on ASUS website.

The Voltage section in BIOS is showing 3.3 voltage in RED zone and its reading is 2.7-2.8 other 12v and 5 v are showing good

my question is this low voltage acceptable ? what are the problems that i will be facing due to this low voltage on 3.3 rail (if not acceptable)
