6000 RPM CPU fan is getting annoying

It's getting on my nerves now, been like it for like a month.
Right after I startup I'm getting about 4,7k RPM and later on a stable 5,3k RPM and while playing it can go to 6,2k RPM max.

Board: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD FX-8150, 8 core, 3.6 GHz
OS: Windows 7 64-bit

Added a log by the HWiNFO program.

I just can't find where the error is at, could anyone point me to a good direction?
Also, I'm thinking of buying a new cpu fan, Noctua NH-U9B SE2 will that fix it?

Thanks.

Edit: I had a problem about 2 months ago where the OS detected my cpu speed at 7.16 GHz which I fixed by resetting the bios settings.
