HP Pavilion, stuttering display on certain colors?

Hello, I recently purchased a new HP pavilion Envy, came with Windows 8, and while installing, I noticed that the display was buggy and pixelated a bit with white colors on certain background colors. For example, when I was chosing my background color, when hovering over blue, it went pixelated, but it's fine on yellow or purple.

After setting up, my desktop went crazy. Everything was disoriented and the display could not be read.

Here are my specs:

Intel core i7-3770 processor
12GB RAM
2TB hard drive
AMD Radeon HD7570 graphics card
Windows 8
HP Pavillion - HP ENVY h8-1513cb


I've tried using a VGA instead of DVI cable, still the same problem.

I tried this as well, AMD Driver Autodetect

But it said that "Product or OS was not found"

Any ideas? I'm not sure if it's 100% a graphics card issue.
