Bios broke?

I was updating drivers using Driver Genius what I have used on other pcs/laptops in the past without a hitch.
This time it has caused a problem.
I cannot get the pc to even start....hangs at the mobo screen, no matter what I do....have even taken the cmos battery out but no difference.
How do I even do a fresh install of xp pro if I cant get into the bios to change bot order.
Please please please help would be greatly appreciated.
