New MB, working fine. Should I reinstall Windows?

I had a new MB installed and have heard that that necessitates a reinstall of Windows, though this seemed to go ok w/out doing that. Should I do it anyway? Is there a chance of things going wrong?

New: Gigabyte 970A-D3
