Unable to reset CMOS?

Hi everyone i have an asrock extreme 4 and 2500k and i was starting to overclock so i put my vcore to 1.3 and my multiplier to 42, power short to 230 and power long to 200 as i read in a guide. I left everything else the same. I restarted into windows and everything worked fine i decided i would run prime later so i restarted to change everything back to default. However when i rebooted nothing started... i heard my hdd wuurr then thats it. no fans or anything. I took out the cmos battery but still nothing? i unlugged nothing. What should i do? The numbers on the board don't light up or the lights. IM checking for something that might have come unplugged but i dont see anything so far....
