intel dp43tf not recognizng usb

I just got an intel dp43tf mobo, and the usb inputs were initiaal working. then in the bios i selected "load optimized settings" and upon restart no usb devices are working. I know the devices work so it is a mobo problem. however with the keyboard not working I can't do anything in the bios to switch it back. does anyone know of a way maybe on the mobo where i can restore default settings? as i said usb was working before i loaded optimized settings. cpu is intel e6400, ram is 2gb ddr2, all the other components are fine. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
