Hi Guys.
Since i have been looking on this forum for a while, and found alot of solutions as guest.
Now i got a question regarding my Motherboard.
I am currently using: ASUS Maximus IV Extreme P67 Sandy Bridge
The link to all the specs of it is right here: MAXIMUS IV EXTREME - Motherboards - ASUS
Now my question is, since my god old ATI HD 6970 with 3Gig (i think it was) just got fried, well its faulty, im getting Black Screen and Black & White vertical stripes. PC Freezes etc. Anyhow, thats not the question.
Im thinking about getting a Nvidia TITAN, or Nvidia 780 GTX, the problem is that i see that they require PCI-E 3.0, but my motherboard runs 2.0... is that an issue, so that means my great motherboard is useless if i want to upgrade the GFX to a Titan / 780 GTX?
I hope for a fast response, since im getting it after the weekend, so i need to be sure if i need to replace the motherboard as well.
