Vcore Voltage warning message

Hello all.

Sorry for my bad english.

I installed Asus Probe software. When i open the program, i keep getting warning messages regarding my Vcore Voltage. This happens every 15-30 seconds when my Vcore voltage drops below 1.15 volts. What should i do ?

I have an ASUS p5vD2-VM motherboard
My CPU is Intel core 2 quad Q6600 2.4ghz
My PSU is Corsair CX430 Watt
Videocard nVidia Geforce GT440

Another strange thing is this. When i open up Process Explorer i can see the % CPU usage of the processes. Every time a process (most of the times TrustedInstaller.exe, cvshost.exe and iexplorer.exe at, some internet websites) uses CPU usage 10% or more, my cpu fan speed gets very very noisy and rises up to 2500-3000 rpm. This happens instantly when my CPU usage rises above 10% on a single .exe process. The fan's speed noise immidiately returns to normal sound at around 2000 rpm as soon as the CPU usage drops as well. (the duration of a cpu usage of a process and the increased fan speed is mostly between 10/60 seconds.) My CPU temperatures of the 4 cores stay at 50-55 C and there are no big changes in temperatures. (is this because the sudden loud increase of the fan speed keeps the cpu temp constant?). Or has it anything to do with my PSU ? The sound i hear increasing remains for a few seconds and is very loud and disturbingly..

Also, my 2 hard disk temps both remain constantly without any changes at 56 C degrees. i made up my mind to buy hard disk cooler. Would you recommend this as well?

Please let me know what to do

Edit:

I quote someone's reply to the high fan's speed:

"You need to enter you BIOS and enable/adjust your SmartFan settings in the h/w Monitor menu. Problem solved.

I would also recommend removing the 'Auto' setting for your CPU VCore. 'Auto' tends to over-volt the processor (and motherboard, for that matter) unnecessarily, further driving your temps, and therefore fan speeds, higher."

Since i got that Asus probe Vcore voltage warning message, would you suggest i change the bios cpu Vcore auto setting like the quote says ? If so, to what do i need to change it to ?

As for the SmartFan settings i think would not be a good idea, because i dont want my cpu temps to rise while forcing the fan to lower it's speed.
