[SOLVED] My computer is running Slow

Hi TechSupport

I think my computer is running slow and i don't know why. For example when I play games sometimes it lags due frame-rate, When i watch some videos in youtube also the videos lags ( i hear the sound but the browser stops for a second [Chrome]). Happens when I move between apps sometimes.

Could be software related ? Anti virus maybe ?

I hope you got what I meant , something is not right and i need your help please :).
