No Video Output From Motherboard

Ok so I have a H55M-E33 motherboard it looks like the Video output has stopped working.

I booted the machine up and it failed to find the OS HDD but saw all others so I checked connections to be sure then booted back up and got no output at all.

Things I have tried,

Using VGA port
Installing a Video Card
Booting with other HDD's
Resetting the BIOS

Any other ideas?
