[SOLVED] MoBo/Case

I am working on a project for a friend. His motherboard does not have enough slots to hook up the front panel components. These components are the front panel usb ports and media slots such as, SmartMedia/SD/MultiMedia Card/Floppy

The MoBo only has one slot for the front panel which has been utilized for the power on/off button. The two remaining connections are two cables that plug into 9 pin slots. Is there a way to solve this problem? I tried to look for a Y cable that would split the two cables to fit them into the mobo but, I can't find such a thing for a cable that plugs into 9 pins instead of 10 pins. Also a Y splitter would not work because the front panel power on/off cable would no longer be placed into the mobo front panel pin slot if the splitter took its place.

If I could find some type of Y adapter cable would this overload the mobo?
Do you have any cable suggestions?

He's building this computer to function as a gaming computer that requires such media, especially the floppy. In other words he's going backwards in time. I suggested buying a new MoBo but he really wants to stick with this one due to money problems.
